The event is taking place from Friday, March 29 to Sunday, March 31, 2013. Schedule subject to change depending on number of travellers!

29/03 - Friday (Holiday in Brazil)

Reception of bikers at the Iguassu Motorcycle Travelers Hostel

Food - simple bbq or fish, salad, etc
Costs - US$5,00/person for food + US$ 1,00/beer

Hostel is US$ 20,00/person per night and US$ 10,00/tent. Special for the HU Mini-meeting - 20% discount for 3 night stay.

30/03 - Saturday

09:00 - tour at the Itaipu dam (biggest hydro-electric in the world). Normally you just have tour with a bus paying a fee, we'll get it for free and everyone is allowed to go with their bikes into the dam (need names and registration in advance for entrance procedures).

12:00 lunch at the meeting area

Afternoon: tour to the Iguassu falls or chill out

21:00 big barbecue (whole rib- 30 kg - slow cooked for 9 hours at the ground surrounded by fire). Slide show and info about the border crossings, info about selling bike after the trip in Paraguay and routes in SA.

Costs: US$ 10,00/person for food + US$ 1,00/drink

31/03 - Sunday (Easter)

Tour to the Itaipu lake (30 km from Iguazu) spending the day there and dinner on the way back. Good camping area, bathrooms, bbq area and a lot of space to have a meeting.

Costs: US$ 7,00/person for food + US$ 1,00/drink; US$ 5,00 for the entrance at the lake area
