June '13 Mini Meet & Tour, Bulgaria
Howdy Guys!
Were hosting another mini meet at Moto Camp Bulgaria, June 7-9, 2013.
As in years past, we'll have the usual fun & frivolity.
ride reports, info seminars (feel free to suggest topics) and nightly drinking/story telling.
no registration fee, camping is 5 euros a nite, beds 12 euros a nite. all come with free breakfast. Other meals available on site.
But, if you do plan to attend, please let us know, so we have an idea of how many people to plan for.
I wanted to add something new this year, so those interested, we will leave the motocamp on the 2nd of june, & do a 5 day tour around Bulgaria & Romania. I'll be leading the ride, so you know its gonna be an adventure
Cost for registering for the ride is 25 euros each, this will just cover the logistics of the planning, gas for a chase vehicle, and a ride t-shirt.
all costs of the ride itself are up to the individual. It will be camping most nights. (maybe all, still working on the route)
registration for the ride ends May 15th, so we will know how many people to plan for.
We have a facebook page for the motocamp
https://www.facebook.com/groups/138226669540628/
and for the tour
https://www.facebook.com/events/276371109155878/?ref=2
or you can email me at motocampbg(AT)yahoo.com
Thanks, & have a GREAT summer!
Doug

Audrey and Ekke will attend
Hi Doug,
Audrey and I are planning to come for the mini meet. We won't be able to do the ride out as we're coming up from Turkey at that time.
We will also need Green Card insurance for Europe so hope to pick up that up when we're there.
See you June 7!

Hi All, could somebody please provide some details for this year's Bulgaria Mini? What would be the cost and what's planned?
We are planning to be in Turkey around that time, but as there's no HU event in Turkey, we will be happy to drive up to the Moto Camp to meet up with fellow bikers.
Any idea how many people is expected to attend?
Hope to meet up soon.

Back in February they told me the dates were
"13-14-15 June 2014"
And usually the ride/tour takes place in the days before that.
Doug or an authority want to confirm?

Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive.
