Photos HU Meeting Germany summer 2012
Hi eyeryone,
my photos from the meeting are up here:
Thank you all for making this a few remarkable days for me! And thanks to Jens for making this possible.
Thoughts of the minute (tongue-in-cheek):
- How many Austrians are needed to screw a lightbulb in? (just curious, for a tyrechange at least 2 are needed - or 1 Cuban)
- Taking part at the HU-Meeting: 35€ - Leaving your trousers on during the HU-Olympics: priceless ...
See you all in fall at the Schneeburg again!
Cheers
Stefan
P.S. Someone on the loose in the western Alps (around Aosta, offroad on Assietta-Kammstraße & Ligurische Grenzkammstraße) between 9.7 an 20.7.)?

Really NICE pictures! Thanks for sharing them.
[Any way to have them at a bigger resolution, or maybe the very last one (the whole group)?]
Luis, the Cuban guy, was indeed kind enough not to change the tire with soup spoons! He explained me a way fix an issue with my brake bleeding: how to make a new seat for the cone of the bleeder nipple using the ultimate state-of-the-art aerospace composites... cigarrette ash and oil!
I told him this kind of workshops might have a great success in Viena.

New to Horizons Unlimited?

Membership - help keep us going!
Horizons Unlimited is not a big multi-national company, just two people who love motorcycle travel and have grown what started as a hobby in 1997 into a full time job (usually 8-10 hours per day and 7 days a week) and a labour of love. To keep it going and a roof over our heads, we run events all over the world with the help of volunteers; we sell inspirational and informative DVDs; we have a few selected advertisers; and we make a small amount from memberships.
You don't have to be a Member to come to an HU meeting, access the website, or ask questions on the HUBB. What you get for your membership contribution is our sincere gratitude, good karma and knowing that you're helping to keep the motorcycle travel dream alive. Contributing Members and Gold Members do get additional features on the HUBB. Here's a list of all the Member benefits on the HUBB.
